Basic Philosophy

In the 21st century, we recognize the importance of satisfactory living and global environment. There is beginning to create of new history and culture. Since Sukagawa Gas Co., Ltd. established, we have been doing business ahead of other competitors as member of energy industry in local community, that have responsibility of selling LP gas, fuel, kerosene and suppling electric power. Now, we have recognized importance that is responsibility for global environment, we save and conserve the global environment with ideology of pioneer, and we set up a business enterprise that can serve the local community.

Guidelines for action

We are setting a point of company management that is improvement for saving and conserving of the global environment, and act according to the following guidelines. We measure and assess impact of the global environment. For decreasing or erasing of main factors that are environmental impacts form our activities, products and services, we have defined environmental objection and target which must achieve in technically and economically possible range. And we review continually, act continual improvement. Therefor we make environmental improvement plan, do, check, measure results and review,
we build up an environmental management system for relating to improvement items and targets. This should include the followings: (1) Shrinking and better processing of wastes by recycle and reuse. (2) Decreasing of environmental impacts by resource and energy saving. (3) Air conditioner, water heater, power generation system which use LP gas. (4) Popularize of ecology and/or energy saving equipment, for example high efficiency burning equipment. (5) Promotion of suppling electric power business within popularizations of renewable energy by solar power generation mainly; and　(6) Suitable prevention acting of pollution. Rightly we must comply with environment-related law, regulation, prefectural and municipal ordinance, agreement and requirement that have agreed with stakeholder. We have made original standard of environmental management, we have been serve saving and conserving the global environment, we have been necessary educating and training of all employees and all persons who relate our business activities. We have developed human resources to high level of awareness that are saving and conserving the global environment and are able to take exemplary action, and we have requested cooperation to suppliers too. We will achieve environmental objective and target. Our environmental policy has been published inside and outside the company and communicated within all employes. We have shown attitude of our company to stakeholder. We have been improving awareness of saving and conserving the global environment.
